Hydrate (before & after) your session.
Hold off on big meals.
Going totally bare is optional, but normal. This is a professional service and you'll never be exposed.
Remove all jewelry & accessories.

Is there any reason I should avoid massage?
There are so many reasons you SHOULD get a massage, but a few circumstances where it may be best to hold off or speak with your doctor first. If any of these apply to you, let me know and we can discuss options.
